as a way to explore the symbolism and visual language of climate justice, i wrote and illustrated a comic book.

the style reflects the anxiety and chaos of living through climate collapse.

it questions whether a globe—"the pale blue dot"—is an adequate symbol for the climate justice movement. are we really all in this together?

the work is illustrated by hand in ink and pencil, scanned in and turned into a riso-print, with all textures and hand movements intact.
